My Ministry Journey

Kremi

My journey in ministry has been a testament to God's faithfulness. Below is a brief timeline of how He has led me, from my own university days to serving students across Europe. Each step has been a lesson in trust and a confirmation of His call on my life.

My Background and Testimony

I grew up in a small Muslim village on the Bulgarian border with Greece. Though Bulgaria is a Christian country, most people had never truly heard the Gospel. I believed in God but had many questions about who He truly was.

During my challenging high school years, marked by four hip surgeries and growing insecurities, I found myself praying to a God I didn't fully know. Later, at university in Sofia, I met an American missionary who shared the Gospel with me. In 2010, I prayed to receive Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and He began to transform every aspect of my life, replacing insecurity with a firm identity in Him.

Growth in Faith

An American missionary discipled me and helped me grow in my new faith. I joined a local church, served in a homeless ministry, and volunteered with Cru, where I learned to actively share my faith and make disciples who make other disciples.

After graduation, I felt called to full-time college ministry to see other students’ lives changed just as mine was. God used people from many nations to give me a heart for the world, and I knew He wanted to use me to share the Gospel.

Missionary Career and Passion

I began serving as a full-time missionary in 2012. My journey has taken me through 5 years of ministry in Bulgaria, 2 in Macedonia, and a year-long project across Eastern Europe and Russia. God used this time to pioneer a new student ministry in Sofia, Bulgaria, where many students heard the Gospel, were discipled, and even became full-time missionaries themselves.

A New Chapter of My Life

In 2022, I met my wonderful Guatemalan husband. After much prayer, God led us to The Hague in the Netherlands. We married in December 2024, and I now serve among the 26,000 Dutch and international students here, who come from over 140_countries. I continue to do regular evangelism, disciple students, and train them to fulfill the Great Commission.

An Invitation to Partner

Today, my vision remains to see God raise up a new generation of Christ-led students so that the Gospel goes to the ends of the world! It would be a profound honor and privilege if you would join my team of ministry partners to serve God together in reaching this generation.
